Forensics were seen in a Gerrards Cross pub car park this week - as police launch a rape investigation.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of rape following an incident on the A40 Oxford Road at around 10pm on Sunday, June 13.
Visitors to the The Apple Tree pub on Monday said when they visited for lunch, there was "lots of police" and the "whole car park was cordoned off".
They said they saw forensics in white suits "going over the garden area and car park for over two hours".
Thames Valley Police confirmed they were investigating an incident of rape.
A 34-year-old man has been arrested and released on police bail until July 12.
The Apple Tree's car park and garden is accessed via the busy A40 Oxford Road - a major route through the town and to surrounding areas like Beaconsfield and Denham.
