May 18 

  • Benjamin Collins, 47, of Simpson Place, Aylesbury. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Treadaway Hill, Flackwell Heath, on December 11, 2019. The recorded speed was 35mph. Fined £54. Costs £117. Driving record endorsed with three points. 
  • Richard Carr, 33, of Ailward Road, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled drug of class B. In Milton Keynes on August 8, 2020, had a quantity of cannabis. Fined £92. Costs £119. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed. 
  • Aaron Billingham, 32, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. Using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Stoke Mandeville Hospital on April 20. Fined £184. Costs £119. 
  • Timothy Sparrowhawk, 57, of Stocklake, Aylesbury. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on February 26. Fined £120. Costs £119. 
  • Darren Burke, 43, of Rowan Avenue, High Wycombe. Driving over the drug-drive limit. In The Greenway, High Wycombe, on October 24, 2020, had a proportion of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £120. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. 
  • Blazej Sierputowski, 38, of Rushburn, Wooburn Green. Driver of a vehicle that failed to stop after a road accident in Town Lane, Wooburn Green, on August 11, 2020, which caused injury to another person and caused damage to The Old Bell pub, Wooburn Green. Committed to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 18 months. Costs £213. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving a vehicle on Town Lane, Wooburn Green, without due care and attention, on August 18, 2020. Fined £553. Driving record endorsed.

Failure without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on October 9, 2020, by failing to attend telephone appointment and unpaid work and failing to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse. Fined £40. Costs £60. 
  • James Stephenson, 33, of Colne Road, High Wycombe. Failure without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates’ Court on June 1, 2020, by failing to attend planned offices visits and failing to provide a reasonable excuse. Fined £60. Costs £60. 
  • John Wall, 38, of Rosemary Close, High Wycombe. Theft from a shop. Stole three cans of alcohol, to the value of £7.20, from M&S in Bourne End on October 27, 2020. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent, suspended for 24 months. Must participate in an accredited programme for 30 days. Costs £748. Possession of a knife blade in a public place. In Bourne End on October 27, 2020, had a folding pocketknife without good reason. Committed to prison for 22 weeks, suspended for 24 months. Pocketknife forfeited and destroyed. Theft from a shop. Stole a box of 20 Budweiser to the value of £13.75 from Co-op in Bourne End on October 27, 2020. Committed to prison for two weeks, suspended for 24 months. 
  • Yogpal Tatla, 52, of Church Road, Iver Heath. Using a motor vehicle on Windsor Road in Maidenhead on September 13, 2020, without third party insurance. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £1,000. Costs £190. Driving record endorsed with six points.
