Wycombe goalkeeper has praised the performance of his teammates, after Wanderers defeated Plymouth Argyle 3-0 at Home Park on November 23.

A double from Anis Mehmeti and a strike from Sam Vokes earned the Chairboys their second win in two matches, whilst also registering their second consecutive clean sheet.

This comes off the back of a torrid run of form, which saw Wanderers lose four home games on the bounce.

But the win against the Green Army has seen the Adams Park outfit enter the automatic promotion places in the League One table, at the expense of the Devon-based side.

Speaking after the match, he said: “Nothing is personal here as we demand from each other in the right way, and that is what the gaffer has asked.

“He left us alone, and the lads in the dressing room who are looked on as the generals and the ones who have an influence got round to everyone.

“You need to get through it [a poor run of form] as it’s not going to last, and the lads know that.

"It’s about going about it and doing the right things.

“It’s how you respond to each game and we knew it was coming.

"Saturday was the start of us trying to get back on track.

“That’s what we do, we have resilience and togetherness at this club.”
