Wycombe Wanderers boss Gareth Ainsworth has provided an injury update following today’s 2-1 defeat against Shrewsbury Town.
The boss made four changes to the starting 11 after last week’s 3-0 loss against Bolton Wanderers, but notable absentees included Dominic Gape, Ryan Tafazolli and Sam Vokes.
The trio were not included in the matchday squad, and coupled with the injuries to Brandon Hanlan and Curtis Thompson, the manager revealed that he has eight first-team players currently out.

“We have to try and play this way without Vokes or Hanlan in the team, Tafazolli and Thompson were also missing.
“These are warrior-type players and we need them back.
“Hopefully for Tuesday, but we will see where they are.”
After sitting top of the League One table after the opening day victory over Burton Albion, Wanderers have now dropped to 18th.
