Wycombe Wanderers’ Tjay De Barr and Sullay Kaikai have been called up to their respective country’s upcoming international matches.

De Barr, who has played four times for the Chairboys this season, will be in the Gibraltar squads to face Liechtenstein on November 16 and Andorra on November 19, whilst Kaikai has gone away with the Sierra Leone squad.

The African side are on a training camp, and will play two friendly fixtures.

Speaking ahead of his country’s two final matches of 2022, which will be Gibraltar’s final games at their Victoria Stadium home, De Barr said: “It’s going to be very special to play these two games at home.

“To be playing in these two games in a stadium for the final time until the rebuild will be very special for all the fans that will come and watch.”

Gareth Ainsworth added: "They are both doing well and I have managed to see a few clips of Tjay who was running riot as he was almost leading the line against Liechtenstein, and I am proud of them both.

"It’s good to have internationals in your squad.

"We’ve not many in recent years but it’s nice to have them.

"They can disrupt things a little as Tjay and Sullay will be away but it’s the pinnacle of your career when you represent your country, and we are very proud of them both."
