Hundreds of Marlovians gathered to honour fallen war heroes in a poignant Remembrance Sunday service at the weekend.
The sacrifice of the of the county’s fallen soldiers was saluted and honoured in a moving ceremony at the war memorial in The Causeway.
The parade set off from the Royal British Legion HQ in Station Approach, led by the Scots Guards Association Pipe Band.
The service was led by All Saints Church’s Reverend Dave Bull, with Pastor Kenneth Claassen, Newfield Community Church, and Reverend David Downing of Christ Church United Reform Church.
Lieutenant Brigadier Bill O’Leary took the salute in the High Street.
Town mayor Jocelyn Towns and deputy mayor of Marly-le-Roi, Carlos Montes, laid wreaths on behalf of Marlow and Marly-le-Roi, before crowds returned to the RBL.
