SPEED reading BFP columnist Colin Baker broke an obscure world record in the Australian jungle last night - by telling the highest number of jokes in a minute.
During an amusing interlude in last night’s I’m a Celebrity.... the contestants were tasked with breaking slightly daft world records to win food for the camp.
And while Charlie Brooks failed to eat an onion in world-beating time, and Ashley Roberts couldn’t hit the star jump target – former Doctor Who star Colin Baker was delighted with his feat of reeling off a list of jokes at record speed.
Daughter Lucy Baker wrote in the family’s BFP blog last night: “Our favourite ‘Dad moment’ tonight was definitely the Aussie Record breaking.
“He was clearly desperate to do something to contribute to camp. The look on his face was amazing. So I am the daughter of the man who can tell the most jokes in a minute. One for the CV...”
A Facebook page urging people to vote for Mr Baker to win the ITV series has been launched.
