FANCY dress will be the order of the day at the Roald Dahl Museum this week to mark World Book Day.
Young visitors to the museum are being encouraged to dress as their favourite fictional characters on Thursday, March 6, as part of the celebrations for World Book Day. Prizes for the best costumes will be given out.
Entry to the museum, in High Street, Great Missenden, will be free and children will be able to exchange their £1 World Book Day vouchers in the shop for a choice of books specially published for the occasion.
The vouchers can also be used for a £1 discount on any book purchase from the shop. Party guests will be able to join in with free games, storytelling and craft activities and Café Twit will be offering a selection of tempting goodies.
