RAYMOND Blanc’s much-anticipated new Beaconsfield restaurant will open on Monday.

Brasserie Blanc, has promised to bring the flavours of France to the heart of Old Beaconsfield when it opens its doors on March 24.

The Beaconsfield branch will be the twentieth Brasserie Blanc in the country and the famous chef hopes that it will soon become an integral part of the community.

He said: “Beaconsfield, I am very excited to be opening my Brasserie in your lovely community, so close to where I live.

“I hope you enjoy it as much as we do and share our commitment to delicious food, cooked with the heart.”

He added: “I can’t wait to get the ovens going and open the doors for that very first time, and to fill our beautiful brasserie with good food, contented guests, life and laughter.”

The Brasserie has over 180 seats including 140 brasserie seats, up to 40 outside spaces and a 40-seater bar area.

The restaurant will be open seven days a week and will serve breakfast from 8.30 on Monday to Saturday.

A Sunday lunch will also be served every week and the restaurant will open from 12pm on Sundays.

To go alongside the restaurant launch there is also a new Spring à la carte menu, as well as the monthly changing set menu which will be available for lunch and dinner every day.
