A MOTORIST trapped in a car accident was freed by police officers - who lifted the car off him.
The accident happened in Hitcham Lane, Burnham, just before 11.30pm last night.
In a tweet officers from the South Bucks command area of Thames Valley Police said: "Officers lift car off trapped victim in car accident last night. Occupant recovering as are officers backs."
The man was left in the care of the ambulance service after being freed.
Two fire crews, from Beaconsfield and Maidenhead, attended.
