A MAN was pushed into a bin after being robbed outside a betting shop in High Wycombe last week.
At about 4.45pm last Friday, August 29, a man approached a 58-year-old man outside Coral bookmakers in New Road and stole a quantity of cash from his trouser pocket.
The victim was pushed towards a bin before the robber ran away, and sustained bruising to his leg. He did not require hospital treatment.
The offender is mixed race, in his thirties, of medium build with a round face. At the time he was wearing a white baseball cap and a dark blue jacket.
Officers are appealing for anyone who has any information about the incident or who saw what happened to speak to police.

- A 31-year-old man from High Wycombe has been arrested in connection with the incident and released on police bail until September 10.
