Staff at the Roald Dahl Museum are trying to track down 141 soft toy tortoises in time for a special event next year.
It's for an upcoming display on Esio Trot, the final Roald Dahl children's story to be published in his lifetime.
The tale has been adapted for a BBC film which will be screened on New Year's Day.
Staff at the museum in the author's honour in Great Missenden are looking for 141 toy tortoises for use in a Chiddlers' Hour Esio Trot Special from 10-11am on Tuesday, January 13.
Afterwards the cuddly creatures will be raffled off to raise money for the museum’s hospital storytelling programme.
