Another High Wycombe pub could be lost after plans to convert it into housing were submitted.
Proposals to turn the Gordon Arms in Gordon Road into flats have been submitted to Wycombe District Council by a property developer.
Five one-bedroom flats and two two-bedroom flats would be created in the main pub building, with a separate outbuilding being made into a two-bedroom dwelling.
Construction of a new building containing six one-bedroom flats, along with alterations to the existing access and the creation of new parking areas and amenity space, is also proposed.
A decision on whether to give planning permission is likely to be made by council planning officials in March.
In recent years a number of pubs in Wycombe and the surrounding area have been closed, with planning applications to convert them into either housing or other business ventures being made.
Permission was granted for the Nags Head on London Road to be converted into a hotel, although work has not yet started on the project.
The Disraeli in Wycombe Marsh and Scorpio's in the town centre have both also closed recently.
In Downley, The Masters is also shut and the Downley Donkey has been converted into a Morrison's Local store.
