Firefighters were called to the M40 this afternoon following reports of a car fire.
Two appliances and crews from High Wycombe attended the fire on the east southbound carriageway between Junction 5 (Stokenchurch) and Junction 4 (Handy Cross).
Firefighters were called at 1.54pm and used a dry powder extinguisher.
