Highways Agency: M40 Junction 3
All lanes have now reopened following a car fire on the M40 this morning.
The emergency services were called to the southbound entry slip road following reports of a vehicle fire.
The slip road and one lane of traffic at Junction 3 (Loudwater) had to be closed.
Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service dealt with the fire using one hose reel and two sets of breathing apparatus.
The Highways Agency confirmed all lanes are now open.
