A High Wycombe man has today denied a series of child sex charges.
Noel Daniels pleaded not guilty to two counts of sexual assault on a child under 13, two of causing a child to engage in sexual activity and one of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity when he appeared at Amersham Crown Court this morning.
The charges relate to incidents alleged to have happened against the same victim between October 2006 and October 2009. Daniels’ alleged victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was aged between seven and nine at the time of the allegations.
Daniels, of Dashwood Avenue, was released on bail after today’s hearing. His trial is due to start in the two weeks from Monday, July 13.
