Lady Gaga likes to give people a surprise, and audiences were delighted when she put in an unexpected appearance at a jazz club in Copenhagen to belt out La Vie En Rose.
Following her performance at the Danish capital’s Tivoli Gardens with Tony Bennett as part of Copenhagen Jazz Festival, Lady Gaga made a surprise stop at the city’s oldest jazz club, La Fontaine.
The American singer, backed by her band the Brian Newman Quartet, threw herself into a rendition of La Vie En Rose – the single written and performed by Edith Piaf in the late 1940s.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the venue’s employees were left stunned by her unexpected performance.
