A NEW chief executive has been appointed to head the new specialist mental health trust for Central and South Buckinghamshire.
Keith Nieland, 52, who has 32 years experience in the NHS and is currently chief executive of Aylesbury Vale Healthcare Trust, will head the trust from its inaugural day on April 1.
Among his achievements, was setting up mental health services alongside the closure of St John's Hospital in Stone in the late 1980s.
The new trust will be based at Manor House, Aylesbury, and will take on mental health services which are currently covered by the South Buckinghamshire and Aylesbury Vale trusts.
