Three popular South Bucks charities have been chosen to receive donations by the customers of a building society in Chalfont St.Peter.
Rennie Grove Hospice Care, Support for the Sick Newborn and Their Parents and the Beaconsfield Talking Newspaper will all receive £100 each from the Yorkshire Building Society Charitable Foundation (YBSCF).
The money was raised through YBSCF’s ‘Small Change Big Difference’ campaign where customers donated small amounts of annual interest from their accounts.
The scheme has so far donated £100 to 1,000 charities across the UK and branch manager Steve English said: “I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came into the branch to nominate a charity for a donation during our Small Change Big Difference campaign.”
