A 21-year-old was sexually assaulted while standing at a pedestrian crossing on a busy town centre road yesterday.
A boy attacked the woman outside Marks and Spencer in Station Road, Beaconsfield New Town, at about 5.45pm as he rode past on a bike alongside two other boys.
Detectives are now searching for the three boys and are appealing for anyone who may have seen the incident to come forward.
Investigating officer, PC Daniel Thompson from Taplow police station said: "This occurred in a busy high street in rush hour and there were many vehicles around at the time so it is likely that people saw what took place.
“I would like to speak to anyone who has not yet come forward to police who may have information about what happened or the offenders."
The attack happened outside Marks and Spencer in Station Road.
Police added that the woman was sexually assaulted over her clothing by a boy who was on the back of a bike at the time.
The bike was being ridden by another boy and there was a second bike nearby with another boy on it.
All three boys are white, approximately 16 years of age. The offender has short blond hair and was wearing a grey tracksuit with a hood.
