A post mortem is set to take place this afternoon following the brutal murder of an elderly woman at her countryside home in Marlow Bottom on Wednesday morning.
The pensioner, named as Albertina Choules by neighbours, is believed to have dialled 999 before an intruder attacked her outside her large woodland home in Ragmans Lane.
Nearby residents in Marlow Bottom and High Wycombe have been left shocked by the murder of Tina, described as a “lovely lady” who was “liked by everyone”.

Commander for the Local Policing Area of High Wycombe, Superintendent Ed McLean, said: "My thoughts are with the victim's family at this very difficult time.
"I understand the community is in shock and disbelief following this incident, but I want to reassure people that we are conducting a full investigation and that enquiries are continuing."
