A man was killed after being struck by a train near Bicester North Station yesterday.
All lines have now reopened following closures but Bicester North Station was closed for several hours.
British Transport Police spokeswoman Sarah Buxton said officers went to the scene at 8.20am on Tuesday morning and found the man's body.
She said his death was not being treated as suspicious and that officers were working to identify him and inform his family.
South Central Ambulance Service spokesman David Gallagher said paramedics were called at 8.38am.
Trains from Bicester North were delayed due to the incident.
Bicester Station has now re-opened. There may still be some delays to your journey. SR
