A 45-year-old man has been fined after exposing himself to a dog walker in Chesham last week.
Myroslav Muzhyk, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of outraging public decency at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Monday, October 25.
Muzhyk exposed himself to the woman in Lowndes Park on Monday, October 24 but did not approach or speak to her.
He was charged on the same day and later given a £40 fine.
PC Kevin Flint, from Chesham Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "Although incidents like this are rare in Chesham, this was clearly a distressing incident for the victim and the conviction at court demonstrates that this sort of behaviour will not be tolerated in a public place, particularly a park where families and young children are likely to be present."
