A four-car crash on a main High Wycombe road is causing traffic chaos throughout the town.
Six people were injured in the crash, which took place at 2.57pm on Marlow Hill, going downhill and the road remains closed.
Emergency services are still at the scene, with eyewitnesses reporting seeing people stood crying in the street.
A helicopter was also seen hovering over the scene and traffic has reportedly been diverted through Wycombe Hospital's car park.
Pictures show one car facing the wrong way on Marlow Hill following the incident.
Drivers are being advised to find alternative routes.
The authorities have not yet confirmed how serious the injuries are.
