Homebase at Knaves Beech Business Centre in Loudwater is set to close soon, with signs being erected outside the store.
The popular UK DIY and gardening store, now owned by Bunnings, have been in financial freefall in the past few months, recording a £54million loss in August, according to reports.
Since the beginning of June, Homebase stores across the country have closed down.
However, some stores that have closed have become a Bunnings Warehouse, such as in Basildon.
Many people will be disappointed by the announced closure, and it is not yet clear if there are any plans for the other large High Wycombe Homebase store in London Road.
