A popular annual pancake race in High Wycombe needs more teams to sign up - or it could be cancelled.

High Wycombe’s pancake race is set to whip the town into a flipping frenzy on Tuesday, February 13 - but organisers fear the challenge may have to be scrapped if more teams do not sign up to take part.

The fun race sees teams of three people race towards the finish line while flipping a pancake - and previous winners have included the Eden Shopping Centre security team, Royal Grammar School, John Hampden Grammar School and Noodle Nation.

All proceeds from the race go towards helping organisers High Wycombe Shopmobility.

If you are interested in taking part in the race - which starts at 12.30pm outside the library in the Eden Centre - visit www.shopmobilityhighwycombe.co.uk/pancake-race-2018-tues-13th-feb-12-30pm/ to download an application form.
