THE news of a fresh outbreak of the foot and mouth disease in none-too-distant Guildford affects and concerns farmers in Bucks too.
Early Government action has been a decisive, thought-through process of learning from the experience of 2001.
Let's hope this is not a needle-in-the-haystack exercise.
