The world-famous Flying Scotsman will steam through the county again next week - but the Bucks Free Press cannot reveal the timings amid concerns over trespassing.
The Cathedrals Express steam train, hauled by the nation’s favourite locomotive, will go through Beaconsfield on the afternoon of June 5 but will not stop.
The train will then make its way to Princes Risborough, where it will stop for around ten minutes.
A statement from the British Transport Police said: “It is vital that spectators do not venture onto the railway, particularly when it is on the mainline as a full timetable of regular services will be running.
“We are working very closely with Network Rail with this approach as Flying Scotsman’s inaugural run was marred by several dangerous incidents of trespass – members of the public, including those with young children, were seen walking along the tracks and taking photographs while other trains continued to pass.”
The famous train completed the same route yesterday - with keen photographers capturing the moment.
