A cycle shop in Marlow has raised a further £3,500 for charity as it continues to give back for its 25th anniversary.
Saddle Safari, in Dean Street, told the Marlow Free Press earlier this year that it was marking the milestone with a series of charitable events.
It collected used bikes to send to poor people in Africa and hosted a pop-up cinema night in aid of SportsAble earlier this year.
It also ran a raffle in aid of Marlow Wheels for All, an inclusive cycling programme by Cycling Projects which offers children and adults of all abilities the chance to cycle independently, with their family or as part of a group, and provides a range of adapted cycles.
The raffle raised £3,411, with Saddle Safari owner Andrew Rackstraw praising the support of the local community.
He said: “We donated a bike worth £2,250 and people have been buying raffle tickets not just to win the bike, but also to raise money for Wheels for All.
“Everyone’s been very supportive. It’s been a good way to raise money for a great charity.
“The money is going to be well used. They do a great job.”
