A serious crash caused one lane to be closed for more than two hours on the M40 this morning.
Emergency services were called out to the scene going northbound between J1A (M25) and J2 (Beaconsfield) just after 5.30am.
Highways England said one lane was closed due to a serious collision and investigation work by the Thames Valley Police roads policing team.
It then tweeted again at 7.56am to say all lanes were open and delays in the area were starting to clear.
