DRIVERS in the Chiltern District could be faced with another hike in parking charges next year.
The possibility of increasing the tariffs was one of several the council is considering to meet rising operating costs.
Stuart Marlton, press officer for Chiltern District Council said: "There are seven or eight different options that the cabinet are considering.
"We review the tariff every year - most years they go up through inflation and operating costs. It's all quite normal."
The decision on whether to increase parking charges will be taken at a CDC cabinet meeting on Tuesday, September 11.
