An annual donkey derby is set to gallop back into town at the weekend with a beach theme.
Brave “jockettes” will take centre stage as bareback donkey races get underway at St Mary and All Saints School on June 23.
Aside from the star attraction, there will be rides, a tug-of-war, seaside fairground and seaside penalty shootout.
The day aims to raise thousands of pounds for good causes. Admission costs £2 for adults – children go free.
