Labour MP Emily Thornberry visited High Wycombe on Saturday to help celebrate the 70th birthday of the NHS.
The shadow foreign secretary, who is MP for Islington South and Finsbury, was campaigning alongside Wycombe Labour activists at a special stall outside All Saints Church.
She posed for photos, signed a huge birthday card for the NHS and chatted to visitors to the stall.
The MP also cut a special birthday cake for the NHS, from Wycombe Labour, alongside Cllr Khalil Ahmed, who will run for the Wycombe seat at the next General Election.
Cllr Ahmed said: "Thank you to everyone who showed up to help out at our NHS birthday celebration and a massive thank you to our guest Emily Thornberry for taking time out to visit beautiful Wycombe and talk to local residents and Labour members."
