Traffic regulation orders could come to two roads in Marlow to stop people parking on “destroyed” grass verges.
Town councillors have recently been made aware that it is possible to enforce signage and TROs on verges telling people they cannot park on them.
The two roads suggested by Bucks County Council are Lock Road and Claremont Gardens as the roads “suffering the most from destroyed verges”.
The planning, environment and transport committee at Marlow Town Council was told the council would enforce the traffic regulation orders, with all the councillors agreeing with BCC’s suggested roads, saying: “There’s nothing left there really, it’s just a ditch now.”
They agreed to ask for full costs from BCC for signage and TROs on the two roads.
