A tree caught fire last night after a firework landed in it in Hedsor.
Residents from as far away as High Wycombe, Chalfont St Peter and Farnham Common heard and saw a spectacular fireworks display just after 10pm on Monday night.
But a stray firework set fire to the top of a tree in Bourne End Road, with firefighters called at 10.25pm.
It has not been confirmed where the firework display was happening, or if the firework that set fire to the tree was linked to it.
Fire crews from High Wycombe and Beaconsfield attended and had to use a turntable ladder and a hose reel to put the blaze out.
