A life-saving defibrillator has been vandalised in a popular Marlow park.
The defibrillator was installed in Higginson Park, near The Resolute, in 2016 and cost around £2,500.
But the cabinet housing the defibrillator has been damaged - leaving the vital life-saving equipment exposed to the elements as the door was half broken off.
Cllr Suzanne Brown, who helped get the defibrillator installed, said it was "dreadful" that it had been vandalised, but said thankfully, the equipment itself had not been damaged.
The door has been temporarily fixed but will need to be replaced.
The defibrillator was funded by The Round Table and is regularly checked by The Rotary Club of Marlow Thames.
