Tesco Stokenchurch
Two people have been arrested following reports of an armed robbery at a village supermarket on Thursday night.
Dozens of police cars and an ambulance descended on Tesco Express in George Road, Stokenchurch, at around 9.15pm amid reports that two people were believed to be armed.
Two women were later arrested in Watford by Herts Police.
A 22-year-old woman from London has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery and remains in custody.
A 25-year-old woman from Borehamwood has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery and remains in custody.
