Foodies at the Thame Food Festival will be treated to live acoustic music as they munch on their treats.

Visitors will be able to enjoy the soulful sounds of John Buckley on his guitar or dance to the Dung Beatles – a five-piece Beatles tribute band – on Saturday, September 29.

Sunday, September 30, will see Elemental Joe, a jazz fusion band, and A Little Bit of Country, among others.

Once visitors have taken in a demonstration or two, and checked out the delights of the artisan stalls, they can grab a drink at one of the bars and join in the music.

There will also be a pup-up pub, which will be packed with tipples such as brews including Crafty Fox, Rebellion IPA and Zeberdee.

A range of hand-picked ciders, as well as wines and cocktails, will be on offer for those who are not too keen on beer.

And the Botanical Gin Garden will make a return while a sustainable reusable cup scheme will be launched this year where visitors pay a deposit for the cup and reuse it as many times as they like. Once they return the cup, the deposit is refunded.

Single use plastic bottles of water will also not be sold over the bars and instead, foodies will be encouraged to bring their own.
