A man disturbed a burglar in his home as he was crouched down clutching a handbag by his back door in Flackwell Heath.
Police have released an e-fit of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the burglary, which happened in Seymour Close on August 4 at some point between 2am and 7.15am.
A 66-year-old man disturbed the burglar, who took a purse out of the handbag he was holding and ran away.
He is described as a white man, about 5ft 8ins tall with a medium build and is aged in his 20’s. He was wearing a dark blue, long sleeved t-shirt and light coloured trousers.
Investigating officer DC Laura Burns, based in High Wycombe, said: “We would like to speak to the man in the e-fit, or anyone who recognises him”.
