An investigation into the death of a young aspiring bodybuilder who died in a horror crash on New Year’s Day has come to an end.
Jordan Coupland, who lived in Browns Road, Holmer Green, was killed after his Nissan Skyline was involved in a crash with a Land Rover on the A404 Marlow Bypass at 11.45pm on January 1.
A pre-inquest review at Buckinghamshire Coroner’s Court heard that the police and Crown Prosecution Service’s investigation into his death has finished.
A final inquest will take place at 10am on March 7 next year.
Senior coroner Crispin Butler said evidence will include hearing from a doctor, the South Central Ambulance Service and Rachel Reddy.
Hundreds of people turned out for the funeral for Jordan, a former Royal Grammar School pupil who was described by his friends and family as a gifted sportsman and a “gentle giant”, when it was held on February 10.
