A public consultation on major plans for a new leisure centre in Amersham is set to close tomorrow.
Any residents who have not commented Chiltern District Council’s proposals to build a new leisure centre, known as the Chiltern Lifestyle Centre, in King George V Road have been urged to have their say today.
The plans to replace the “outdated” Chiltern Pools were officially submitted to the council in December and include a 25-metre pool, gym, café, community centre and library.
Thousands of residents have already scrutinised the plans, however the public consultation period on the online application is due to close on January 3.
