Two cash points at a village supermarket were vandalised last week - putting them out of service.

The ATMs at the Tesco supermarket in Loudwater were seriously damaged in an incident at the store last week.

The machines have been sprayed with black paint and smashed up with receipts and broken plastic left scattered on the floor.

A Tesco spokesman said: “Unfortunately the two ATMs at our Loudwater store are currently out of service. The investigation is now a matter for the police and we are doing everything we can to ensure that the ATMs will be available for customers to use as soon as possible”.
