This week we have delved into our archives for pictures of Gerrards Cross.
Looking north-east, a view of the Barclays Bank building at the junction of Packhorse Rd and Oak End Way. Mid 1970s. The building still stands but is now a solicitors’ office.
View of the Midland Bank building and adjacent shops, with the road busy with traffic. Packhorse Rd, Gerrards Cross. Mid 1970s. Midland Bank no longer exists but the building is still there with a range of different shops.

A view of the (then) recently rebuilt Bull Hotel at Gerrards Cross. Circa 1930. The building itself is largely the same but the signage has slightly changed.
