All trains in and out of High Wycombe were cancelled this morning after the emergency services were called amid concerns for the welfare of a woman.
British Transport Police, South Central Ambulance Service and Bucks Fire were all called to Totteridge Road at around 7.20am after receiving reports about concerns for a woman.
A spokesman for British Transport Police said the woman was taken to a place of safety and passed into the care of medical professionals.
All lines have been reopened but there are expected to be delays to Chiltern Railways services for a number of hours.
