One man has been arrested but another fled the scene after an alleged "altercation" with a police officer in Amersham.
At around 5.30pm on Monday, February 25, in King George V Road, two men were allegedly involved in an incident with a police officer.
One man ran off and drove away on a motorbike, but another was arrested at the scene.
The man who fled is described as white, around 18-years-old, approximately 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build and with short, light brown hair, He was wearing a grey hooded top.
Meanwhile, Frederick Brinklow, 21 of no fixed address, has been charged with using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of their duty.
He has been bailed to appear at Wycombe Magistrates' on March 12.
Investigating officer Sergeant Darren Walsh, based at Amersham police station, said: “We are appealing for anyone who saw this incident to please come forward."
