A manhunt has been launched following an arson attack and burglary in Thame.
The incident happened between 10.50pm on Saturday and 4am yesterday (Sunday) at a site in Christmas Lane.
A group of thugs entered the site and set some portable cabins on fire, and stole a number of tipper trucks.
Thames Valley Police and Bucks Fire were called out to the scene. Police confirmed thankfully no-one was injured and that no descriptions of the offenders were available.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Stephanie Barras-Thompson, based at Abingdon police station, said: “We are carrying out an investigation into the circumstances of this incident, and would like to speak to anyone with any information about it.
“If you saw a number of trucks driving away from the site, or have any other information which you think could help our appeal, please call the Thames Valley Police non-emergency number on 101, quoting reference number 43190074016.”
