Trains were cancelled in and out of High Wycombe railway station because emergency services were called amid fear for the welfare of a woman, it has been confirmed.
Services were cancelled and delayed after Chiltern Railways reported "trespassers on the line" near the railway station.
British Transport Police has since confirmed that they were called to the station at 3.45pm after they were alerted to concerns for the welfare of a woman.
The woman was taken to a place of safety by paramedics.
