Former Wycombe Wanderers manager and Arsenal legend Tony Adams is set to make a return to Adams Park in aid of charity.

The Rotary Club of High Wycombe is organising a charity auction to raise vital funds for the Thames Valley Air Ambulance.

Tony Adams MBE, the former captain of Arsenal and England and manager of the Chairboys from 2003 to 2004, will take part in the special evening on Friday, May 10.

He will talk about his life experiences on the pitch and off, as the founder of The Sporting Chance Clinic, an addiction relief charity.

Participants will be able to bid online from April 1 or in the live auction on the night, where special prizes will include a trip to the Algarve or Bournemouth.

Online prizes include a powered flight over High Wycombe, tour and tea for two at Penn House, a reproduction games table, bottles of port and more.

Auctioneer and valuer Simon Brown will also be on hand to value small antiques brought along by guests in exchange for a £10 donation to charity.
