An appeal has been launched following an assault in High Wycombe in November last year in which a member of bar staff suffered a broken nose.

Thames Valley Police have released the CCTV today (Tuesday) of a man they believe could have vital information in relation to the incident on November 24 last year between 2 - 2.40am.

Between 2am and 2.40am on Saturday, November 24 a man was refused entry to O’Neills in High Wycombe. The man and his two friends refused to leave the area and became aggressive towards staff on the door.

The men started throwing barriers at the staff and then punched one of the door staff, breaking his nose. The victim later required an operation.

Investigating officer PC Scott North, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “I am releasing this CCTV image as I believe this man has information that could be vital to this investigation.

“The incident left the victim with serious injuries and I urge this man, or anyone who recognises him, to get in touch.
