A Chesham based chocolatier and ice cream maker have been honoured six prestigious industry national ice cream awards.
Auberge du Chocolat, an artisan family business established in 2005, picked up six awards at the Ice Cream Alliance National Ice Cream Competition, winning four diplomas in the ice cream class, the dairy ice cream class, the open ice cream class and the raspberry and whiskey ice cream class.
The manufacturer were also awarded a Diploma of Merit in the passionfruit sorbet class and a special diploma of merit for chocolate ice cream, ranking fourth in the country.
Managing Director Anne Scott said “We are delighted to have received another six ice cream awards across a range of classes and flavours. A huge highlight to us was coming fourth in the country for our chocolate ice cream.”
